1930s style 1 Gibson Banjo

This was a 1930s TB1 conversion 5 string banjo. Came original with a Gibson Mastertone 40 hole archtop ring. This banjo is also converted to a flathead with the Mitchel's Tone Ring Mate and has a very unique pre-war flathead sound.

Pre-War 1928 Gibson TB3 Banjo

Banjo has been converted from a 2 piece flange to a 1 piece flange using a Gibson USA 1 piece flange and 5/8 3 ply maple rim. The original rim and flange are in perfect condition and uncut. This banjo has Mitchel's Tone Ring Mate converting the original pre-war solid archtop ring to a flat head.
